Branding Expert's Services will be liable for a refund if the work provided to the client is not as per the client’s requirements. The refund will only be accepted in case of a genuine reason and until a proper explanation is provided by the client.

2. Project Procedure

When one of our products/services gets purchased, the project manager will reach out to the client for more details and assign one of our designers to complete the project (We will contact you during our normal business hours through the website chat). 3. Printing and Delivery

Pricing for all of our services only includes the design, and it does not include printing, shipping, or testing. If you're looking for your designs to be printed you must mention it before placing your order (Contact us). We don't do any printing "in house". We can arrange printing and shipping for most of our "print" deliverables through online printing platforms (VistaPrint, Moo, etc.) for an addition fee. Branding Expert does not hold any rights to the design made for a customer. Branding Expert does not record a trademark application for the designs intended for its customer. The customer is allowed to register as a trademark the design made for it by Branding Expert. If installment for any design is not made as per the installment strategies of Branding Expert, then all of client’s rights in and to the design made for it, including any trademark property, will instantly return to the company. Branding Expert warrants that its designs are of its own creation and are not duplicated from or inspired by existing designs or trademarks yet does not warrant that a design will not match any concept of which it didn't know at the time of its creation or which did not exist before the design was created by Branding Expert. On the off chance that for some unintentional reason a design designed by Branding Expert appears to be indistinguishable to another party’s design, Branding Expert will give a free rework session with a new design.
